Speaker: Bob Hope

Bob Hope is a long-standing member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta and founder of marketing communications firm Hope-Beckham.  He is currently the volunteer CEO of the Atlanta Peace Initiative, an effort that involves the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates and Rotary International to establish recurring meetings of Nobel Peace Laureates and business and civic leaders from around the world to to discuss solving obstacles to peace, as well as creating the only research university in the world focused on peace.

In business, Mr. Hope has been named CEO of the Year and to the 100 Most Influential Atlantans, the Atlanta Magazine list of 500 Most Powerful Atlantans and its “Legends” list.  He serves on an assortment of civic and charity boards.

In Rotary, he has received the “Service Above Self” Award of Rotary International and been name Rotarian of the Year in his district.  He is also the the only member in the 113 year history of the Rotary Club of Atlanta to receive four of its top awards—hospitality, leadership in Rotary, community leadership and international leadership. He was vice chair and emcee of the 2017 Rotary International Convention in Atlanta.
