We are thrilled to invite you to volunteer with us at the Hyde Park Festival 2025! Your time and dedication play a vital role in breaking the intergenerational cycle of family violence.

At our annual booth, we aim to raise awareness and share essential resources for victims, survivors, and their families. Through our primary prevention Treasure Quiz Hunt, we are bringing the community together to inspire hope and empowerment.

We’re inviting you—whether you’re a magical former intern, a fellow Rotarian, or one of our incredible volunteers—to join us in making this event impactful. From dressing up as Alice in Wonderland characters to supporting our fun-filled Fishing Pond, there are many ways to contribute.

Hyde Park Festival 2025

Currently we have a volunteering opportunity at our annual booth at the Hyde Park Festival. Where to raise awareness and share vital resources for victims, survivors, and their families. Our goal is to raise awareness through our primary prevention treasure quiz hunt. By volunteering You are showing victims and survivors that their community cares and stands with them in their journey towards healing and empowerment.

We have reached out to you, or maybe one of our fellow Rotarians, or one of our magical volunteers, to invite you to be part of our event at Hyde Park Festival this year.

Event Details

• Date: 2nd & 3rd March 2025 (Sunday & Monday)

• Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMish

• Location: Hyde Park, Perth

We’re hosting our booth and start to finish of the Alice’s Wonderland Treasure Quiz Hunt on the south end on the walk between the two lakes, and we’d love your help to make it an unforgettable experience for families and children.

Here’s where we need your magic:

1. Fishing Pond Fun:

• Help run our kid-friendly Fishing Pond station, where children “fish” for candy bags after completing the quiz.

2.Walk in Wonderland:

• Dress up as beloved Alice in Wonderland characters (Alice, Mad Hatter, Queen of Hearts, White Rabbit, etc.) and walk around the park to interact with families, guide participants, and add to the whimsical atmosphere.

When You’ll Help

Choose a shift Sunday or Monday:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This is a great opportunity to reconnect, have fun, and contribute to creating a magical experience for families in our community. Plus, it’s always wonderful to see our Path of Hope friends in action again!
